Palmers Island Mulloway is situated on majestic lands overlooking the Clarence River in Northern New South Wales. Only five minutes from the coastal town of Yamba, Palmers Island enjoys clean water and a year round temperate climate – the perfect conditions for land-based marine aquaculture.

 

Our fishery produces Mulloway (also known as Suzuki Mulloway, Jewfish or Butterfish) for both domestic and international wholesale markets. We harvest our fish at their optimal size for taste and transport them immediately afterwards to ensure the freshest product for fine dining.
